Quilt Projects
I believe that every quilt is a gift of love, either made for yourself or others. Here I will showcase some of the quilts I've made. You're welcome to comment or ask questions!
The Violet Quilt
This pattern is called The Violet Quilt by Kitchen Table Quilting. I used all Tula Pink fabrics that I had stashed away and fussy cut little eyes for the small blocks. It's a little creepy, which is all good for me. Also, photobombing this picture is the one and only Penny Panda, who's name graces this site.
The Penny Quilt
This pattern is called The Penny Quilt by Kitchen Table Quilting. Erica always makes easy to follow patterns and I certainly recommend this one...although one tip from me, don't be scared when she tells you to chop your beautifully made block into pieces. It's worth it!
Halloween Quilt
This one was fun! It was a kit I bought using a retired Riley Blake line of Halloween fabric.
Patchwork Flying Geese
This pattern is called Patchwork Flying Geese and it's by Quilty Love. I actually hated making flying geese before this quilt, and now I'm working on a second version using Halloween fabrics. The fabric collection seen here is Malibu by Heather Ross. Very colorful and fun prints.
Custom T-Shirt Quilt
This is a custom T-Shirt quilt that I made using competition t-shirts. It was my first t-shirt quilt and lots of fun! If you're interested in having one made, send me a note!
Upscale Plaid Quilt
This is the Upscale Plaid Quilt by Lo & Behold Stitchery. Such a fun and easy pattern with strip piecing which is a good time! Easy to modify to fit your color scheme. I'd highly recommend making one.
Star Pop II
This is the Star Pop II pattern by Quilty Love. GREAT for showing off larger prints. I made this one with the Quilty Love flannel bundle along with a navy flannel for the stars. I backed it with a minky and used a wool batting. Such a soft and cuddly project.
Patchwork Flying Geese
Yes! Another one. This patchwork quilt looks good with ANY fabric. This particular one is made with Halloween fabric. Grab this pattern from Quiltylove.com. You won't regret it.
